my eyelids are practically closing. i'm sooo tired. slept like only 3 hrs last nite? tat was the shortest time i've slept. it's really a miracle to be still kinda/sorta awake. haha.
ytd was really a blast. we celebrated rt's bdae by going to boat quay. we went to a club and started moving to the beat of the techo. we're so lucky that there isnt the butterfly song or we'll all faint. know why? cuz all their techno songs are old. some people didnt get in. they were not 16 yet.
aft tat, we went to party world, spending abt 4 hrs there. during tat time, a few of us went to buy rt a birthday cake. people left one by one. but there's still quite a few of us left. was soo tired, i slept there hugging rt's present, a doggy!!! cand slept on my lap. when i woke up abt 1 hr later, my neck, leg and arms were all numb. looked ard thn i heard someone saying over the microphone "wow, u're awake. we're about to end our karoke marathon in 10 mins time cuz it will be 6am" i buried my face into the doggy again and a while later, cand woke up. i was soo relived. i culd stretch my legs again! haha.
thn we shared cabs and went back home. by the time i reached hm, it was 7 in the morning. knocked on the door cuz the key tat i had culdnt open it. my dad locked another lock and i didnt have the key to it. i went in, took a bath, watched some tv but my eyelids were droopy so i went to my room, laid on the bed and started reading a comic book. but abt 5 mins later, the book fell to the floor and i woke up, shifted my position, ignored the comic book and slept.
woke up 2 hrs later to prepare to go to my uncle's place to celebrate his birthday. upon reaching there, my bro, dad and i grabbed some food frm the buffet table to eat. it was delicious. aft tat, watched some tv but i think i dozed off more times thn i watch. aft a while, we went to IMM. bought some things. i was restless at tat time. was really sleepy. i squat on the floor in the supermarket and even tried to sleep. gosh! it was really terrible.
i think i have enuf of blogging for now. gotta go sleep. really tired.

as we hold on together...
this was the song that moved me. ms tan sang it on stage during the graduation ceremony. at first i thought that the ceremony was gonna be boring. mr lau's opening speech was super boring, i dozed off. waking up only when pikie disturbed me. thn came the guest of honour's speech. same thing happened. well, wat can i say? speeches are boring unless the speaker is not.
well anyway, back to the song. aft the speeches, ms tan and charmaine frm 4c sang "as we hold on together..." the class stood and cheered and clapped when ms tan finished singing the first chorus. i didnt, my legs were too wobbily and my eyes were filled with tears. thn when she sang the same chorus the second time, tears just streamed down. pikie was looked at me and exclaimed to everyone tat i was crying. thn she put her arms ard my shoulder but i shrugged. aft a while, pikie started crying, followed by sherlyn and lastly candice. they all asked me to stop crying but i cant, i was laughing and crying at the same time. thn i asked pikie if she has a tissue. thn i rmb, i had tissue with me so i took it out and wiped away my tears.
i dunno wat triggered myself to start crying. maybe becuz the song was just really touching. or maybe it's becuz i'm getting all scared and paranoid abt getting back the results. hmmm. either way, i recovered.
right. enough abt the crying part. aft the ceremony, candice went round asking people to sign on her shirt. it was fun autographing and stuffs. even mr lau had a part in it. haha. guess tat was the funny part. pikie thn went to the buffet table and started grabbing a plate and a fork and started placing food on it. candice and i went over to her and pointed on the food we wanted and pikie placed it on her plate.
thn i went to town with pikie. played pool. as usual i lost. saw rebecca. kept calling cand. she was late!!!! finally she came and we went to taka to grab some quick bites and at the same time, pikie took a cab to her friend's place. we sat at rocky's for a whilke before amelia and sel came. talked some rubbish and i went hm.
yeah. tat's all i guess..

school was boring suddenly. i dunno why but it seems like with each passing day, we get more sleepy. i mean me. i get listless. especially during the mornings. it may be due to the fact tat school is ending in another 2 days. graduation day is on fri and in dec, there's where the real terror sets in. we will be getting our N lvl results. everyone will be annoyed, irritating and nervous all at the same time. i can imagine the situation after taking the results. some will be cheering. some will be thanking teachers. some will be hugging. some will be crying. some just want to be alone. some dun want to care about studying anymore.
i guess all this is part and parcel of growing up. in singapore, without academic results, there will be very little jobs offered in the future. it will be difficult getting a job. it may be too late to start studying for N lvls cuz it's already over, but it is never too late to start studying. everyone is learning everyday. even old folks, they are oso learning but at a slower pace. we should take advantage of our youth and start learning as we can absorb more facts.
i think i'm practically going bonkers right now. i am not usually like tat, reasoning out facts and stuffs. i think i have to just pour it out sooner or later. as this is open to everyone, i will not just pour everything and anything. some things are best kept a secret.
right. enough of all that crappy stuffs. well, christaphor michael lee caome by our school today. he's one of the singapore idol finalist. we were allowed to ask questions about him in school and just about anything. at first it was rather quiet as in no one dared to ask any questions but as time passed, we were more relaxed and more students asked. the media was ard too. when it was all over, those who want to get his autograph or take some pictures can do that.
i dun have that much time. so yeah, pikie and i went off. ate lunch and i went home and started lazing ard. but i figured since i bought a mag why not read it. so i flipped through my mag.
yeah, tat's about it really. not a really nice day to begin with.

right, apparently, my stupid pimple is still on my face. hope it goes away soon! i look funny. yeah anyway, didnt go anywhere today. i just went to my cousin's place to 'play' and then we headed down to my grandma's hse.
she wanted to visit her. when we reached, my other cousin was already there. my grandma was touched. hmmm. thn we shared about our lives and we laughed. yeah. it was fun to be finally interacting with them again.
aft tat, we had dinner. thn my uncles, brother and i went to taka. my uncle wanted to get some things. we walked through the watch display i think it's called 'sincere times' or sth. cant rem. yeah anyway, the watches were really beautiful. really nice. so sparkling and not to mention expensive. haha.
thn we bought french bread back and started eating it. peeling it with our hands and using the butter knife to spread margarine onto it and eat it. u can nv imagine the taste. it was out of this world. haha. ok. i'm exaggerating. it's just really delicious.
i can feel pikie's mouth is watering. haha. cuz she's hungry. haha.

oh no. wat has gotten into me? i m not feeling myself lately. things have been going on in my head. i'm feeling troubled. not tat anyone cared, i just didnt show it out. it may just be me alone. dun ask. i'm not in the mood to tell much less express.
irritated. bothered. confused. troubled. annoyed.
u may be thinking wat the hell happened to melody?! but i'm not in any way willing to tell. i just need to blog it down. i'm truly sorry....
on the other hand, pikie! u did great in the auditions! i think ur grp is the best among all. i can confirm tat u'll get into the finals!
wayne did well in the dance category too. he's bound to get in. i hope. i think his grp is not bad too. well. all the best!

it's tanning again! haha. yeah. u guessed it. went ot sentosa today. had to wait rather long for cand and sher to come meet me. hmmm. maybe i was too early i guess. haha. yeah. i like to be punctual.
anyways, went to sentosa. to sunset bay. met up with helena and her fren. left them aft a while to join sel, rt and her sis and frens plus 2 dogs. rocky was friendly but his/her friend was not. it bit sel's hand! haha. cuz sel went to touch his/her food. haha. hmmm. thn we left rt and gang. thn cand, sher, ang, sel and i went over to the little so called island opposite siloso beach. we spread out our towels and started to tan. yeah. the heat was intense.
aft a while, cand got tired of tanning and she went into the water with sel, i think. ang pulled sher along while i continue tanning up on shore. i can swim but i cant go in. not because of that but because of sth else. u wuldnt noe. haha. it's a secret! hee. :p
thn i went into the water but up till my legs. tat's all. full stop. not any further! we played, ang told us jokes. there was one part where he was asking "so this guy turned on the tap and wat came out?" [he was telling a fish joke] and without thinking, i answered "fish". thn everyone started laughing. i was like "huh?". thn ang shouted "it's water la. u turn on the tap, water comes out. did u ever see fishes coming out of the tap?!" i was sooooo embarressed! but luckily it's among us so it's not tat bad.
hmm. yeah. we thn changed and as usual, we took photos using ang's digi cam. thn we went to town and ate our dinner. was famished by thn. i was thinking to myself tat i culd eat an ox. haha. but in the end, i ate 3/4 of the teriyaki rice. haha. sounds quite a lot huh? but usually i eat the whole bowl. so it's considered quite little to me. hee. i make myself look like i'm a pig! haha.
stayed in town till abt 9? thn i went back. dun want my mum to start nagging at me.
when i reached hm, my uncle said i look like a roast pig. i think he was exaggerating. haha. i'm not tat tanned. maybe it's quite far apart frm my normal skin colour.
i better stop now before i start going on and on and on and on. yup.

it's the last day [sort of] of the one week break tat the school allows. i'm at my grandma's place. my ku poh came over to visit her and she is now chatting with her. yeah. it's good in a way, she can have some company instead of watching tv and snacking on biscuits. hee. i find tat she has improve tremendously! tat's a good sign!
oh man. ever since i came back frm tanning on tues, i have been scratching myself all over. i think sth must be wrong. it's normally not like this. hmmm. wonder wat's happening...
my cousins will be coming over later and my uncle will be bringing us out. where will he bring us??? it's a secret. cuz i dunno. haha.
talking abt my cousins, today is another of my cousin's birthday! happy birthday Justin kor! haha.
yeah. i'm soo full. just eaten maggi mee. it's been quite a long time. no.. actually i just ate maggi on mon night cuz i was sooo hungry. didnt eat any dinner and i was soo absent minded when i was cooking it. i forgot to wash the pot before placing my noodles in and i took out my noodles and wash the pot. thn i forgot to add water in. this is just 2 of them. argh. wasnt feeling myself tat night. hee. and my bro had to come into the kitchen and tell me he watched white chicks when i havent even watched it. thn he said "let's go shopping" [sticks out his hands and starts wiggling his fingers] eww. but cute in a way. with his stupid dimples and all. i'm so jealous he has dimples and i do not have. no fair! now's he laughing beside me. oh! the terror!
i'll kill him in the middle of the night! tat is IF i can wake up and take the knife. i always say tat but i never did. maybe i'll just scare him, buying a toy knife tat goes in when stabbed thn all i have to do is to prepare tomato ketchup. haha.

at sel's hse now. gonna catch a movie later. oh yeah i just realised tat today is my cousin's birthday! happy birthday Felix!! and guess wat? tml is another of my cousin's birthday so yeah. till thn i'll wish him. haha.
hmmm. was supposed to go tanning today but i guess sher and cand werent free so yeah. changed my plan. wonder where are they going... *ponders*
yeah. i'm stuck at sel's hse with 2 cats or rather kittens and a dog!! argh!! the dog is so big! everytime she jumps, i scream. haha. maybe i'm being paranoid. hee. how i wish i had a dog. if my parents allow, i'll want a maltese. hee. it's so small and white and just absolutely CUTE! haha.
oh yeah. i sprained my ankle ytd. owww. was in the bus with my mum. it was rather crowded. i let my mum sit on the seat available and i stood. iwas wearing a rather slippery pair of slippers,th the bus brakes and i fall front, my foot twisted. i was tolerating the pain and when the man behind me leaves his seat, i plonked down and started rubbing my ankle, my mum thn came and sat beside me.
luckily it wasnt tat bad. i was still able to walk. haha. yeah. tat's why i'm at sel's place. haha.

it was a bright and sunny morning today. the girls and i decided to go to the beach. as usual, we were suppose to meet at 11am but in the end we met at abt 1pm. but it doesnt matter.
took a bus to sentosa. went to palawan beach but we took a different spot. the sand was really really hot! cant walk fast on the sand much less run. hee. we were like asking one another to strip. haha. in the end, we did. so many onlookers. luckily it's on a weekday. not tat many people yeah.
the spot was under the shade and we still got tanned. best thing was, we arent tat red like the previous time and tat's good. hee. hmmm. saw some people playing beach volleyball, frisbee, soccer. yeah. all sorts.
aft tat, we wenta harbour front's cheers to get some things. i was soo hungry at tat time. felt like fainting. but i was strong. heh heh. went home while the other two went to town.

i have a bigggggg family! i counted ytd, there were 25 ppl in the house. my relatives came over to have a good gathering session. we had great food, great music and best of all, great laughter! haha.
i had to play with the little cousins. i had to act as if i'm really scary and they'll start laughing and screaming. tickling them was the best part! haha.
my name was famous ytd. i was called many times just to do little stuffs. "yeng throw the rubbish away!", "yeng bring my plate in!", "yeng bring me a small plate!", "yeng where is my plate!", "girl bring in the bowl and take more soup out!", "yeng jie jie where do u place the batteries?", "yeng bring me a candle!", "ah yeng throw this bottle away and take another bottle!", "yeng jie jie where is mama's stuffs?", "yeng follow me to gwc to buy ice!", "jie carrying the basket!". i'm so messy ytd. had to run up and down the house. looking for things and do things. it was like i'm the new maid ard! haha.
but all in all, i had a great time. when the lights are dimmed, playing french bossa nova and chinese chinese jazz. it was pure bliss. sitting ard the living room, drinking and joking and laughing. it was the best night ever!

i'm updating again. been a long time yeah? was really busy. practically went home every single day straight after sch just to do my homwork and to revise. argh! it's been a stressful wk and i bet next wk too.
gotta take a break once in a while and here i am blogging. haha. will not blog as often now. i'm kinda lazy to do that. yeah. another 2 more days and it will be my actual N levels. *takes a deep breath* so fast! i'm just looking forward to the one week break aft the exams. cant wait!
