well well well.. what have i done today? hmmm.. went on a local tour to zhong shan. another part of china. woke up real early today - main reason... cant really sleep. haha.. thinking too much i guess..
first place we went was the zhang ming shui [long life water] haha.. the guide asked us to wash ur hands and face. believed to be able to life longer. i wonder if there's really such a thing but i guess not. next place was a park where they showed us sun zhong shan. tat's a person. didnt really concentrate to wat he was saying bcuz he was speaking in cantonese. not tat i dont understand, he speaks real fast. haha..
third place was the garden. another guide took over and introduced to us the different types of plants for different remedies. really bored at tat time. just woke up from the long bus ride from the park. next was the horse riding place. we were each given a coupon to ride on the horse. i sat on the black horse. it was a mischievous one. keep wanting to run. luckily the man controlling it kept making funny noises to tell it not to go too fast. it was a really good experience.
fifth place was the honey factory. we tasted many kinds of honey and my mum bought 2 jars of it. next place was the cookie factory. almond to be exact. they had different kinds of almonds. it all tastes great!! fantasic!! aft tat, we continued the journey back to guang zhou.
it was really an exciting day for me. people in guang zhou speak more cantonese thn chinese. maybe bcuz it is very near to hong kong.. gonna fly back to singapore tml! cant wait!

i'm still in china!! hee.. luckily there's my uncle's laptop to accompany me. haha.. hmmm.. well enjoyed myself so far. china food was cheap and nice but one thing, it's salty. haha..
sherlyn- did u listened to the voice mail i recorded? hopefully it's not deleted yet. i recorded it on the very day i was at the airport. used the free phone. hee.. wanted to give u a morning call, but u sleepy head. shldnt be awake yet. haha..
candice- thankies for the msg. really missed u. like ur hair. saw it in friendster. haha.. very cool and YOU!! haha.. hopefully u enjoy urself yeah? haha..
back to what i did in china, went for a massage ytd. was painful on the shoulders but ir was wonderful on the lower back and legs. almost fell asleep. haha.. hmmm.. wat else? oh yeah, today we were on our own to venture the place for ourselves i.e. without my uncle, he went to work. my mum lead us the wrong way and in the end gotta call my uncle to state the right direction. haha.. bought food back frm the market and my grandma cooked for dinner.
having a tough time especially in the morning and nite. looks like my cough is still not recovering aft seeing the doc last month. ate many medicine and stuffs but to no avail.
wonder when can it be well again... hmmm... yeah. tat's abt it!

hi everyone！！ i'm safely in china now! using my uncle's laptop. funny things happen in the plane.
firstly, the food was so oomph.. delicious.. sort of. haha.. watched some dirty dancing:havana nights and 50 first dates - again. haha. played mario as well.
secondly, when we [my mum and grandma] got off the plane, we couldnt find our luggage. everything was so messy. finally when we spotted the luggage, we doubt it was ours. so my grandma being the crappy kinda person asked me to try unbreaking the lock. i tried and guess wat? it was really ours! lame. haha..
yeah.. dunno what's in for us tml. hopefully it will be a great day! looking forward to going back. kinda miss my bro. actually, i miss him and everyone else.. not forgetting u [the person reading this]!!!!

listening to the radio now. nothing much too. so boring. my bro is off to camp and will be back this evening. i'm all alone without him. kinda miss him actually. but he's only gone for 1 day cuz his camp is 2 days and 1 nite. haha..
hmmm.. gonna go buy things later for the bbq. everyone request for so many things. i wonder if there's enough money to get all of it. haha.. hopefully yes. hee..
i'm really excited for the trip to china. i'm going to china with my mum and grandmother. actually the main reason i wanna go is becuz i didnt sit the plane for a very loooooong time. haha.. wanna sit again. will be going flying off next week.

woke up to the nagging of my mum. she'd always nagging. nag for just about anything and everything. haha..
took a bus down to my grandma's place with my bro. then i did my hw [sort of]. ate my lunch and continued reading a book [Got A Hold On You by Pat White]. it is a sort of like a romance comedy. very interesting and once you read it, you cant put the book down.
after that, my bro and i went down to sun tan and swim. the weather today was really nice. the sun was intense and it was just fantastic.
after swimming for about 2 hrs, i went to book the bbq pit. i was so happy that no one booked it yet. hee.. but i got some problems booking it. the security in charge doubt me for the receipt that i showed him. i waited for him to call the management office and once they confirmed that the receipt was ok, he let me book it.
yeah.. so we're gonna have a bbq tis fri!! gotta start planning the food and the stuffs we need to get and to budget ourselves for the thingy. hopefully we can have a good time yeah?

impressions
what does the term impressions mean to you? to me, impressions means how you look at people and how they present themselves to you.
"first impression counts" - that's what you will always hear from your parents, friends and even when you want to apply for a job. the boss of the company will look at you from top to toe and determine if you are eligible for the job, looking presentable.
your parents will guide you along and teach you manners from when you are young. it is up to you whether you want to present yourself well. they give you all that you have to learn. all you have to do is to take it and use it.
friends can be supportive when you really need them. they can also turn you down when you dont take what your parents teach you and present yourself wrongly. you may be acting a fool but your friends may treat you as one. not only will you lose all of them, you'll also feel left out.
therefore, i suggest you be yourself and let people have a good impression on you so that in the future, they may want to be with you and work together with you.

went to my grandma's place late today. thn i watched tv. went to great world to run some errands for my grandma. aft lunch, played red alert for a while thn my bro and i went to swim. not swim actually. went to sun tan. the sun was so intense.
came back up and ate some biscuits. aft tat, read the newspaper.
hmmm.. wanna get a new pair of sandals. ytd i went to look at sandals and now i saw another one in the newspaper. it's quite nice. simple. now i dunno which one i shld buy. stuck between e both of them.
maybe i'll go look at both of them. prob will buy e one i saw ytd. so yeah.. my bro is staring at me typing this blog.
funny him. oh well.. now he's digging his nose.. yuck! haha..

woke up early today, in fact almost everyday of the hols. haha.. gotta go to my grandma's hse. was raining so heavily today. took a short nap in my grandma's place.
thn i woke up for lunch. after that, bug called me and asked me to go meet him at tiong. but it was still raining. i didnt meet him until a while ltr when the rain is not so heavy. ordered my bro to shelter me to e bus stop but he refused. i think he is jealous. haha.. luckily, a taxi came into the porch and a woman got down. was considering if i shld take it and in the end, i took it all e way to tiong.
went to ps straight and bought tix for the best bet in the evening. went shopping b4 e show. aft tat, we entered the cinema. the show was filmed 3/4 in hokkien. i didnt really understand it so i read the eng translation at the bottom of the screen. it was really funny. be sure to catch it yeah? haha..
well, it have been a wonderful day today. it would have been better if there isnt any rain. hopefully it doesnt rain tomorrow becuz i have to go to school for humanities remedial.

hmmm.. wait wait wait. u have to wait for almost everything and anything. why must we wait? u have to wait for the bus, wait for taxis, wait for ur food to be served at the food centre. wait for just abt anything.
why cant we be served on time? what if we are in a hurry and there isnt any bus or taxi or any other transport to bring us to the destination that we want to go? people get really irritated just by waiting. they may be angry and they may get frustrated with u.
especially to people who are suppose to meet at a certain time to go somewhere else. PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE. if it's just 5 mins or so, to me it's still bearable but if it's over that limit, i'll get really pissed. to me, those who are punctual are usually people that have good manners.
oh well.. that's with life. everyone have to wait. i dont think anyone can skip waiting and get what they want immediately.

sth has happened to my voice. it sounds funny and i cant clear it. tried to drink water to make it better but it doesnt help. wat's more, i gotta talk to him on the phone and he's making me irritated. wat's with his attitude?
oh well, gotta forgive and forget. wat's with life nowadays? it seems like life means floating to nowhere with no goal. what's with achieving? what's with successing? all this sums up to blank blank and blank. what exactly is life? what is it that makes life meaningful? food? joy? success? all of this can make me wonder if i am having the right form of lifestyle. i often wonder if successful businessman and entrepreneurs have some form of timetable that they follow to stike it big and go into someone's good books. what if there isnt any timetable, how do they actually do it?
sometime, being the elder sibling in the family can really be irritating. many chores and many work. many responsibilities and many expectations. so tight that you might even explode. to add on to it, there's friends. friends - fair weather and sincere friends. they are there when you need them the most and they are the ones that will encourage you. many times you take them for granted. they will not be there for you for life. they may also add on to your burden.
irritating friends? truthful friends? what friends do u have? sometimes, one have to take some time of all their troubles and reflect or think about certain things. sort them out and you'll find that it may help.

at 1am, sel told me tat i had to go for chinese lesson tat day. was thinking if i shld go becuz i was rather tired. thn i msged john and asked him if he's going and he was.
in the morning, john called me at 7.30am and woke me up. shldnt have picked up his call thn i will oversleep and not go for the lesson. too bad, he called. i dragged myself out of e rm and rushed. took a cab down to school. in the end, the teacher came late too.
aft tat i met up with sherlyn to eat breakfast thn went over to queensway to meet john and sel cuz john wanted to buy shoes. he took a looooonnnngg time to choose. lucky he bought the shoe or i'll kill him. haha..
aft tat, went to sherlyn's hse downstairs and did some things -unmentionable- nah.. it's not unmentionable, it's juz tat i dun wanna say. haha..
thn i took a bus back. was so tired, i took a rest. travel travel travel. and guess wat? i missed my stop. quickly rushed out of the bus and walked the other direction back. so tiring. shld have kept myself awake.
